This website (dkweb.pro) is operated by Dzmitry Khatskou, a freelance web developer based in Kaunas, Lithuania. For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact stdwua@gmail.com.

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and message. We do not collect any other personal data. For aggregated traffic and page-speed statistics we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which set no cookies and do not identify individual visitors.

3. Why we collect it

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry about our services. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries.

4. Third-party processors

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc., a third-party form-handling service. Formspree receives and stores your submitted data on our behalf to deliver it to us by email. You can read Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. The site itself is hosted by Vercel Inc., which also provides the analytics described above.

5. Cookies

This site does not set any cookies. Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights measure visits and page-load speed without cookies and without cross-site tracking.

6. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, and then delete them, unless a longer retention period is required to comply with legal obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact stdwua@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local data protection authority.
